ABOUT US
HOOPS is a new Irish company founded in November 2020 by jewellery designer Rebecca Shannon DGA. Our head office is based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin in Ireland and we specialise in supplying a catalogue of fine precious and semi-precious hoop earrings. All of our earrings are made in Ireland, Spain and Italy. We are jewellers who specialise in one-off bespoke custom made jewellery pieces.
