Can I order a gift and have you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes! In the shipping information, please provide details of where the parcel should go. When the billing and shipping details are different, we do not send invoices with the parcel, we email them to you. You can also type a gift message in the box when you are adding the item to your cart. If you are concerned, you can email us too!
We aim to ship same day or next day but please let us know when you would like the recipient to receive their earrings and we will try our best to make it happen!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your goods have been shipped. The email will also contain details of how you can track your order until it arrives safely at your door. We require proof of delivery for orders over €60 - this means that your parcel will have to be signed for so that we can sleep soundly at night knowing that our customers are happy and that nothing has gone missing.
What are your delivery options?
Different items have different options for delivery depending on the value and on your location. You will be given the different options on the checkout page. For international delivery options, please email us to find out more: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return an item?
If you have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. Returns must be arranged by email: email@example.com, prior to sending. We regret that we cannot accept returns on any earrings (with the exception of diamond stud earrings). We offer a fully comprehensive description on each item to avoid any mistake purchases. For hygiene reasons, we cannot re-sell earrings that have been returned so please keep that in mind before purchasing. How can I get free shipping?
We are offering free standard shipping anywhere in Ireland. All you have to do is spend more than €29. Items under €29 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of €3. Once you add more than €29 to your cart, free shipping will update automatically and be added to your order. We also offer free shipping to Northern Ireland on orders over €49 and to the UK on any orders above the value of €129.00.
Do you provide International delivery?
We offer insured international delivery to most other countries for a standard shipping fee..
What is my guarantee from HOOPS?
With the proper and necessary care, your hoops should last you a lifetime. Naturally, wire products are fragile and can bend out of shape and easily bend back into shape. Please handle your hoops with kindness. At any time you can post your favourite hoops back to us for a free polish.
Gold Vermeil Hoops (18ct Gold plated) earrings will lose their colour over time, we offer a re-plating service for €12 per item. Please arrange repairs with us by email.
Any pair of our hoops that are in a condition beyond repair can be sent back. In return we will supply a brand new pair at half the full retail price. We want to keep our customers happy and we think our service couldn't be any fairer than that. We will continue to offer free shipping in Ireland and Northern Ireland for as long as it is feasible to do so.
